berangan-angan mmg best,wuhuu! i was just surfing for touch-screen handphones and cube buat bandingan, all aff these hp were equip with a touchscreen, the In thing,hehehe..mule2nye phone search tu display almost 70phones that were touchsreens, but i choose only 6 which is to me, my fav brand. there are others such as ASUS, ETEN, Goldfish, HP, T-Mobile, but lets face it, Malaysia ni xramai yg akan pakai brand2 yg mcm tu: software, trade-in, repairs problems sume tu la.

The more logical brands yg boleh aku masukkan is these 6 beautiful phone yang tgh or akan top kat mesia ni, satu pun aku x pakai...tapi some of them aku dah try belek2,hehehe, pilihan aku bedasarkan kepada gadis-model-promoter tercantik& mulut xberbau longkang...not!hahaah!kidding man..kidding.

so here we go, all phones hav a Wi-fi (bole surf internet di mana2 hot-spot such as starbuck, campus, oltowns, kfc's,etc2), GPS signals (use as a navigation system: google maps, garmin, or in-house navigator), 3.5G or HSDPA (3g networks, but with higher load rates: sesuai untuk mereka yang ade 3G plan).an accelerometer to change the screen view the we tilt it (a must have!)

Samsung Omnia:

(pilihan orang tua & doktor..why?sbb ramai kawan bapak aku ngan doktor pakai,hhahaha!)

you can view if HERE, ni antara yg ealiest, n antara yang tercantik la bg aku, keypad tengah tu can be use as a touch pad(ala2 laptop,cume lagi kecik) untuk scrolling mase web surfing. its got a 3.2" screen. reviews said that the screen resolutin is too small (240 x 400 pixels) for it size, so imagine la mcm ko nk cuci gambar from 2.0megapixel ke 8R size..mmg la x cantik kan..tapi for me omnia punye screen dah cukup bagus, color pun cantik, cume die on par dgn PDA2 zaman dulu la, but its ok actually! it has a TV output where u can plug it into a tv, for instance ko donlod movie kan,then transfer dalam phone tu,then cucuk kat tv lcd ko, cool right!!bole tgk movie dude!!

omnia ni gune OS(Operating System) windows mobile 6.1 or winmo. winmo ni bagus sbb dah lame established, so byk application ko bole letak, even microsoft office pun ade, so senang la ko nak view file2 ke, mane yang dah biase pakai PDA should have no problems using winmo device (orang tue2 slalu ade problem nak tukar OS ni), tapikan..winmo ni satu je: BURUK! interface depan dah lawa dah, tapi bile ko tekan start@ masuk windows, die dah jadi mcm normal PDA dulu tu (mcm dalam windows explorer,sooo oldskool). but hey, aku rase winmo ni yang paling selamat(senang),practical and hampir sama dgn PC.

camera plak: 5 MP, 2592х1944 pixels, autofocus, image stabiliser, video,
flash; secondary videocall camera. camera imej tu xkisah la since die ade autofocus and 30fps video recording.

bateri die 'kureng' skit, talk time dalam 5jam lebih je. screen die ade 'widget' which is menatang yg dalam windows vista tu, ade jam, calendar sume tu, you can place it anywhere dlm screen tu, cantik jgk.

price range varies ikut memory, omnia ni ade 8&16GB (boleh tambah memory card lagi!byk tuh!) ade AP and Original, difference is AP ni waranty dgn kedai yg korang beli tu je, kalu ori warnty die mane2 outlet samsung. range dalam RM2.7k-RM3k la. mahal...kalu jual balik murah plak!


Sony X1 Xperia.

(golongan hebat2 yg suke nmpk 'style' suke la ni)

small, fit nicely in ur palms, very solid, nice small keypad(too small infact,kecik lagi dari HTC Touch pro), the latest 'businessman phone' from sony. you can get the info HERE.

less powerful processor: Qualcomm MSM7200 528MHz processor, but one thing i notice is that the X1 is a little bit slow or lagging la.. maybe kene 'pandai' gune baru ok kut, sbb time aku test tu mcm2 aku buat,flip2 screen la, open sume apps la,ehehehe..battery life pun one of the longest: 10hrs talktime.

screen die lawa jgk, ade 9 instant access menu, mane kite senang nk masuk ke pilihan menu kite. same winmo so bile dah masuk windows tu, buruk la,heheh..3.15 MP, 2048x1536 pixels, autofocus, video(VGA 30fps), same as HTC touch pro (rasenye HTC yang buatkan phone ni)

it only has 400mb internal memory, but u can put in memory card up to 16gb kut..AP around RM2.7k while ori RM3199, sony ni cepat jatuh harge..hehehe,watch out!maybe bwh 3k bulan depan..

*news flash: you can download the HTC touchFLO to the X1, so you can have the beautiful-fluid interface of the HTC diamond interface at your X1, cool ha!

HTC TOUCH HD

(geeks fav phone,hehehe)

aku tgk dari jauh je,x pegang. skrin besar gile!!3.8"!!(so batt pun cepat la skit makan nye..), linksare HERE , processor pun same je ngan sony X1, camera better with 5.0mp. battery maybe an issue here, with only 6hrs plus je ketahanan die. ala, pasal batery ni b4 tido tu charge la, rasenye hp skang ni kalu dah full die auto stop charging, so xde hal la, lagipun lithium batts xkisah kalu di charge anytime, full or half full.

makhluk ni mahal skit,hehehe dalam RM3k-3.3k( almost same ngan X1) and u get a phone yg screen die luuuuuuas, nice fluid screen (2nd to ipod, for me), and practical OS.

APPLE IPHONE 3G

yeah..the benchmark, the phone that started all. this newer version has a 3.5g connection (but no video calling!!) and a gps ready (but no navigation!!only google maps installed), no MMS!no video recording!no voice recording! no flash support for internet(means no youtube or flash based site), no edit ringtones! average camera(2.0 je!!), and mcm2 lagi keburukan die..aku rasekan, sbb ape iphone ni cmtu sbb kat us, menatang application tu sume mane diorg gune...janji produk tu quality and reliable, die lain mcm asian ni: kene practical but mesti murah!,hehehe.

but trust me, bile ko dah pegang menatang ni, sume negative tu akan hilang (xtau la kalau pemilik sebenar tu akan benci jgk,sbb aku just pegang utk testing je,bukan memiliki pun,lain tu,hehehe) sbb screen die mmg th BEST la, serious, interface yang lawa, fluid, multitouch (rival lain just single je) screen ni stylo gile,ko bole cubit screen tu untuk zoom pictures or scroll playlist lagu ke whereas rival lain kene tekan screen and jgn lepas untuk gerakkan, but not the iphone, it just glides mcm real (but im not sure its practical when we need to find it fast coz its just glides pass the items you wanna search,hehehe..). orang mesti jeles kalu kamu memakai iphone ni,hehehe, so bagus la untuk poyo lock-unlock je,hehehe..

itunes shop for malaysia dah ade online, i like the itunes, but kelemahan die is kalau nak masuk kan video or lagu, u kene convert ke file itunes for your iphone..rival lain just transfer je dari pc. silap2 cucuk,hilang sume file korang dalam iphone tu! it also has a TV out but u need to buy a cable (apple products aren't cheap!)

LG KC910 RENOIR

(cheap looking, but a lot inside!)

wtf!? a LG u say? hehehe, try la tgk sendiri phone ni, mantap dow! 8mp-class leading camera (on par with normal digital camera i tell u!), nice touch UI screens, very thin phone . it has the same widgets as the samsung omnia, some might say that the resolution is too low, but for me its good enough. the design may look cheap, but it packs with what a hidh-end phone should have. its cheap too, ranging from RM1.8k.

oh, but the battery will last for only 4hours during talktime, weakest of them all. it includes a stylus for text input. one other thing is, this phone can use multiple inputs for the mesanging, you can use the normal qwerty keyboard(same as your computer), a handwriting reckonition (use a stylus to write on to the screen, as on a normal paper) and also a normal vertua 12 keypads as your normal phone mesangging. cool ya! i prefer the later bcoz its much faster( i think) and u can use it while driving (highly not recommended!)



NOKIA 5800 EXPRESS MUSIC

last...but not least, a shocker! the long awaited nokia 5800 . baru je kuar mesia, priced at RM14++ dude!! unbelievable!! (ribu tu kalau ikut mmg la mahal..tapi jgn la compare dgn nokia 3310 plak..its cheaper than a nokia n96 fgs!)

you get a 3.15 MP, 2048x1536 pixels, Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus, video(VGA30fps), flash; secondary videocall camera, an 8hr plus talktime! you can view the phone on youtube and i found it interesting..the touch is not as sensatif as other, where you have to like 'stick' your finger on the screen to scroll or slide. the colors are beautiful nokia standard, very nice. it uses the latest symbian s60 OS, but symbian is known for its lags, slow and viruses...people who used to hav a nokia N95 will agree with those issues, but this one is an improve version of it and should be less irritating. you also hav 3input methods of mesangging as the LG have.

the box comes with lots of gudies such as tv out cable, a stylus, a gitar pick as an alternative stylus, an earphone and a remote, a pouch, cables, 8gb memory (which can be upgraded to 16gb), and a free 1 year downloads! for a price of below RM2k! rumours said that this phone is cheap(well, look at it...i looks cheaper then the rivals) because it is made in china and other cheap production country. hopefully the quality also doesnt comes cheap.

all the phones i mention is only my top fav, there are many hp out there such as the beautiful blackberry bold (nice interface, nice applications, easy to use ball-tracker, nice qwerty keyboard), more conventional HTC diamond, etc2..there's also a cheaper version of this touchscreen phone: LG KP500 cookie (nice touch screen interface, almost same as the LG renoir, but with no wifi, 3.5g, camera not 8.0mp la) from rm 850.

well if you ask me, i choose the nokia 5800, cantik la bagi aku..interface die pun dah lawa, it packs with tonnes of gudies, cheap also,hehehe! its easier when you are a nokia user, you know it has a lot of applications that can be added,the plastic looks like it will last longer compare to its rivals, reliable music and video player, good camera quality, many spareparts(ori or ap) and also high 2nd hand value. note that internet browser for nokia ni supports Flash, so you can eatch youtube, or surf any flash base web (iphone's safari browser doesn't, sony's only LITE flash), you can borrow any of your friend's nokia charger(small new type) or plug to any small mini USB.
